NRI Contemporary Residence

This NRI residence was executed on a complete turnkey basis, where our team handled the full construction and finishing scope. A key highlight of the home is the custom curved staircase in the double-height foyer, which required precise structural execution, shuttering, and detailing due to its complex geometry and integration with glass railings. Executing this staircase was one of the major construction challenges, but the final result creates a striking architectural centrepiece within the home.
