Dr. Kuldeep Negi’s Mountain Retreat, Himachal Pradesh

This holiday home was executed on a complete turnkey basis for our retired client, Dr. Negi, with architectural design by a Delhi-based architect. Located in a remote region of Himachal Pradesh, the project involved significant challenges including harsh weather conditions, difficult site access, and transportation of materials to the mountains. Despite these constraints and constant travel coordination between site and Delhi, the project was successfully delivered using quality materials and careful execution, resulting in a modern mountain retreat for the client.
