Col. Kalra Residence, Mohali

This residence in Mohali was executed on a complete turnkey basis for Col. Kalra as he was approaching retirement. The project included detailed interior elements such as custom doors, TV units, and a specially crafted pooja room floor, with selected workmanship carried out by skilled artisans from Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Coordinating specialized materials and craftsmen from different locations while maintaining timelines was a key challenge. Despite these constraints, the entire house was successfully completed within 14 months.
